Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)

Medical Nutrition Therapy is a therapeutic approach to preventing and treating disease with healthy nutrition that is meant to supplement your physician-prescribed treatment. It will help you lower your blood sugar, blood pressure, blood cholesterol levels and weight (if needed), and potentially reduce the amount of medications you would have needed without it.

Our programmes are highly personalized, to ensure your plan puts into consideration your unique circumstances, food preferences (including Nigerian foods) and budget.

Nutrition, exercise and weight loss are a big part of managing diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol, and have numerous other benefits. It can be the only strategy to manage your condition depending on the severity, or a part of your treatment plan.
